How to Book

We offer convenient online booking for all services. Please review the following guidelines before scheduling your appointment.

Online Booking

  • Appointments can be booked online (bottom of this page) up to 48 hours in advance.

  • If you need an earlier appointment, you may add yourself to the online waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified.

  • Booking an appointment online confirms that you have read and agreed to all policies, including the cancellation policy, deposit requirements, payment plans, and rescheduling guidelines.

  • Texting (415) 501-0771 is the fastest and preferred method of communication.

  • Emails are also welcome and will be responded to as soon as possible.

  • Phone calls are accepted, but if you do not leave a voicemail with your name and details, a callback cannot be guaranteed.

Booking & Payment Policies

  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking, but no charges will be made when scheduling.

  • Card information is not stored unless you opt in for easier checkout.

  • We do not charge for complimentary consultations.

  • Please sign all consent forms (emailed to you after appointment confirmation) prior to arriving to your appointment.

Deposits (Cosmetic Tattoo Appointments)

  • A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all Cosmetic Tattoo appointments.

  • A secured payment link will be sent via email, and payment must be completed within 48 hours to confirm your appointment.

  • If you prefer to send your deposit via Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo, please contact us (415) 501-0771.

  • The deposit will be applied to your service total.

  • Rescheduling more than twice (2x) will require a new deposit.

  • All Cosmetic Tattoo appointments are subject to the $100 Cancellation Policy (see below).

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $100.00 late-cancellation fee.

  • No-show appointments will be charged the $100.00 fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to the $100.00 fee.

  • This policy applies to all services, including Cosmetic Tattoo, Lash, Brow, and Tooth Gem appointments.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule online up to 48 hours before their appointment.

  • Cosmetic Tattoo appointments may only be rescheduled twice (2x) before a new deposit is required.

  • If rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the appointment time, it may be subject to the $100.00 late-cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed, but late arrivals beyond this may result in appointment cancellation and a $100 late fee.

  • If you anticipate being late, please text us (415) 501-0771 as soon as possible.

Consultation Policy (Cosmetic Tattoo Services)

  • A complimentary consultation is available for all Cosmetic Tattoo services.

  • Some services may require a consultation before booking to ensure you are a good candidate.

  • If you have any existing cosmetic tattoos, a consultation is required to assess color correction or touch-ups.

Payment Plans Available with Cherry

Important Reminders

  • Cosmetic Tattoo appointments will not be reserved until the deposit is received. (Not including Beauty Marks or Freckles.)

  • If you have been charged, have not received a confirmation, or have any questions, please contact us for assistance.

  • Before booking a Cosmetic Tattoo appointment, please review all policies carefully.

Parking Information:

For your convenience, parking options near COSMOBOX Cosmetic Tattoo + Beauty are as follows:

  • Garage Parking: The parking entrance is located on Bush Street, with a rate of $5 per hour.

  • Street Parking: There is 2-hour metered street parking available nearby.

Please plan accordingly to allow enough time for your appointment and any potential parking delays. COSMOBOX is not responsible for any parking fees, tickets, or towed vehicles.
