How to Book

We offer convenient online booking for all services. Please review the following guidelines before scheduling your appointment.

Online Booking

  • Appointments can be booked online up to 48 hours in advance.

  • If you need an earlier appointment, you may add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified.

  • Booking an appointment online confirms that you have read and agreed to all policies, including the cancellation policy, deposit requirements, and rescheduling guidelines.

  • Please sign all consent forms sent to you via email, prior to arriving to your appointment.

Contacting Us

  • Texting (415) 501-0771 is the fastest and preferred method of communication.

  • Emails are also welcome and will be responded to as soon as possible.

  • Phone calls are accepted, but if you do not leave a voicemail with your name and details, a callback cannot be guaranteed.

Booking & Payment Policies

  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking, but no charges will be made when scheduling.

  • Card information is not stored unless you opt in for easier checkout.

  • We do not charge for complimentary consultations.

Deposits (Cosmetic Tattoo Appointments)

  • A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all Cosmetic Tattoo appointments.

  • A secured payment link will be sent via email, and payment must be completed within 48 hours to confirm your appointment.

  • If you prefer to send your deposit via Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo, please contact us (415) 501-0771.

  • The deposit will be applied to your service total.

  • Rescheduling more than twice (2x) will require a new deposit.

  • All Cosmetic Tattoo appointments are subject to the $100 Cancellation Policy (see below).

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $100.00 late-cancellation fee.

  • No-show appointments will be charged the $100.00 fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to the $100.00 fee.

  • This policy applies to all services, including Cosmetic Tattoo, Lash, Brow, and Tooth Gem appointments.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule online up to 48 hours before their appointment.

  • Cosmetic Tattoo appointments may only be rescheduled twice (2x) before a new deposit is required.

  • If rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the appointment time, it may be subject to the $100.00 late-cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed, but late arrivals beyond this may result in appointment cancellation and a $100 late fee.

  • If you anticipate being late, please text us (415) 501-0771 as soon as possible.

Consultation Policy (Cosmetic Tattoo Services)

  • A complimentary consultation is available for all Cosmetic Tattoo services.

  • Some services may require a consultation before booking to ensure you are a good candidate.

  • If you have any existing cosmetic tattoos, a consultation is required to assess color correction or touch-ups.

Payment Plans Available with Cherry

We offer flexible payment plans through Cherry for Cosmetic Tattoo services and bundled services over $500.00.

  • Cosmetic Tattoo appointments will not be reserved until the deposit is received. (Not including Beauty Marks or Freckles.)
